Rick Roberson

Rick started with ITC in January of 2005 with twenty five years of piping and mechanical experience in the petrochemical industry. Rick has been at the Valero Ardmore Refinery for the past ten years, and has overseen most of the small capital project work during his tenure at Ardmore. Some accomplishments while at Ardmore include the planning and execution of converting the Isomerization Unit to a Bensat Unit ($30mm) and building a grass roots Flare Gas Recovery Project ($40mm) along with numerous small cap projects. Rick is currently employed as a turnaround planner at Flint Hills Resources in Corpus Christi, TX.

David Goodwin

David's career began in industrial constuction in the early 80's with Dow chemical as a helper. He left Dow as a superitendent with the opportunity to be a project manager for Southern Company/Georgia Power on a Fossil Fuel Super Critial power plant for an upgrade on the East Coast for 5 years and then upon completion returned to Texas Gulf coast and worked in the refineries. His total years in industrial construction is 27 with 15 years on the Texas gulf coast. In his resume you will find all phases of industrial construction from demoliation, to grass roots, and start up. David currently employed as a project manager for ITC at Shell Deerpark.

Rusty Bates

Rusty Bates is a Project Manager / Master Scheduler with 18 years of experience in the petrochemical industry. He has experience in General Contract Work as well as Soft Trades and has primarily worked on turnaround projects during his career. Rusty is proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Office Suite (Including Access), and Maximo. Some of the more notable projects that he has worked on have been a 265 million dollar Coker revamp and a 221 million dollar 4 Crude revamp in El Segundo CA. Rusty is currently managing the Invista site located in Victoria TX. that performs an average of $35 MM in turnarounds annually.

Todd Billig

Todd has recently joined the ITC team in October of 2012. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration from Delaware Valley College in 2007. He spent the first 5 years of his working career as a reliable and respected Planner/Scheduler for a general maintenance contractor in a Valero New Jersey oil refinery. Todd learned a lot about refinery procedures and became proficient in SAP.

Todd looks forward to his new role with ITC where he hopes to acquire new successful employees as well as new clients. He is currently performing as a Daily Maintenance Planner at a local refining Company. He has recently completed training in Primavera and looks forward to utilizing this with his experience.He is excited about new opportunities to learn and experience more in the planning and scheduling field from additional training and field work experiences.

D. C. "Cayce" Cassels

Cayce gained experience as a boilermaker in turnarounds & various projects in the Corpus Christi area starting in 1988. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1994 to serve his country as an aircraft power plant mechanic and was honorably discharged in 1998 after being stationed in Japan and South Carolina. Cayce has been with ITC since 2008 and has spearheaded projects at Valero and NuStar facilities in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana incorporating software and equipment. Mr. Cassels also spent 18 months overseeing several turnarounds and managing over 200 ITC employees at BP in Texas City as Site Manager. His roles and responsibilities now reside at Celanese in Clear Lake, Texas as a Turnaround Planner using the latest planning software (IPS) to maintain on-time and on-budget events for VA(Vinyl Acetate), EO(Ethylene Oxide), EG(Ethylene Glycol) and HAC(Acetic Acid) Units consistently since 2012.
