Summary of Employee Benefits – 2015
At ITC we believe that the health care and well-being of our team members and their dependents is an essential part of our continued commitment to being a family oriented company. Below is a general summary of the benefits we provide that will help familiarize you with these benefits, without going into too much detail. More detailed descriptions will be provided to you if you are in need of more comprehensive information.
Payroll
  Payroll is prepared weekly
  Pay periods are from Monday through Sunday
  Direct Deposits are posted the following Friday.
  Timesheets should be submitted to payroll@itc.jobs
  Online wage statements can be viewed at https://my-estub.com/
Paid Time Off (PTO)
  PTO is accrued per your offer letter prior to the start of a job. PTO accrual can vary based on the contract in place with client.
  Accrual is not limited to the number of hours worked per week.
  PTO can be used for vacations, holidays, illnesses, etc.
  Any unused PTO can be cashed in at the end of each year (for any current field hourly employees).
Benefits Eligibility
Full time employees (employees regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week) are eligible to participate in the benefits plan on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. The employee’s spouse (or domestic partner) and dependent children under the age of 26 are also eligible.

  As an additional component to our benefits package, ITC offers the following voluntary benefits from American General.
 
  Critical Illness Coverage
 
 

Even with excellent medical insurance, just one critical illnesscan possibly cripple one’s financialstanding. Non-medicalrelated expenses and out-of-pocketcosts such as co-pays, deductibles,loss of income, as well asexperimental drug treatments arefrequently not covered by healthinsurance. A critical illness insurancepolicy can help you cover these costs,leaving your family savings intact.

 
  Hospital/Accident Coverage
 
 

Accident insurance pays benefits when you or a family member (depending of your coverage) becomes injured as the result of a covered accident.  If an accident results in an injury requiring medical attention you will receive a benefit for each covered treatment received.
